Welcome to my Blog!
I’m so excited to be launching melaniemlittle.com! This project has been marinating for a while and I’m really looking forward to what lies ahead. Over the past 9 years I’ve transitioned from a fledgling entrepreneur trying to survive while doing all the things myself, into the CEO of a successful growing business leading a team of people helping with all the things.
Since I have no formal business education, I have devoured any resource along the way that could help me grow. And while there are a million wonderful books, blogs and podcasts with helpful information on succeeding in business or family or life I found there to be a gap in the market that tackled all three. Especially for women. Especially for career driven women.
So here I am in my little corner of the interwebs setting up camp and doing my best to fill in that gap. I’ll be sharing my own “ah-ha” moments and lessons learned along with those of some of the best working women I know, all with the goal of leading working women with practical tools and actionable ideas to help them crush it in business, life and family.
My hope is that together, we build a community of like minded women who are sharing authentic life experiences so that:
We feel connected and not isolated
We can pave the way for those women a step or two behind us on their journey and make the road a bit more smooth.
